A regular résumé is a PDF that gets lost in attachments and reads poorly on a phone.
Solution
I made the résumé a site: RU/UZ/EN, clean layout for phone and desktop, a ‘Download PDF’ button for those who need a file. Plus role-specific versions — sales and marketing.
Result
The résumé opens from a link in a second — and the level of presentation is clear at once.
