Problem
Hundreds of students and a dozen groups — while allocation, attendance and teacher load live in spreadsheets and chats.
Solution
I built an academy panel: new students get allocated to groups, each group has a schedule and attendance register, teachers and progress sit in one window.
Result
The academic side runs from a single panel — no Excel, no chats.
