Pitching the idea to leadership — as a site, not slides

The “lead to employment” unified-platform idea had to be pitched to leadership — slides don’t sell systems like that.
Solution
I made the pitch a living site: an “everything through one core” map, a student journey without gaps, 7 modules — one per process, rollout stages and open questions.
Result
Leadership scrolls the site and sees the whole system — the pitch sells itself.
