The whole build under control: % ready, statuses, tasks

Two people and dozens of tasks build the platform — “what’s done, what’s in progress, who does what” lived in heads and chats.
Solution
A living platform map assembled from code: 121 products across 12 sections with done/in-progress/planned statuses, an automation percentage, per-person tasks and the client journey step by step — marking what runs itself and what’s manual.
Result
Our own work is automated the same way as the products we build: the process is visible in percentages. Given full context, AI can automate any job.
